Web applications are tied directly to your email address—simply launch the app link, log in with your verified email, and your tier access is instantly unlocked. Downloadable PDFs or templates will be available immediately on the confirmation screen and sent to your email inbox. 

ThatVariant operates on a zero server-side database model. None of your sensitive customer records, sales data, or appointments pass through or live on our servers. Instead, our Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) connect directly to your personal Google Drive and Google Sheets to store and manage your data securely under your own account.

All you need is a modern web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) and a standard Google account. Because our apps are Progressive Web Apps, you can also install them directly onto your desktop, Android, or iOS home screen for a fast, app-like experience. 

Yes! Use our Support Form to select "Custom App / Storefront Build Request" or "Amazon KDP Logbooks" and outline what you need. We review custom specifications and respond with a project timeline or design brief within 24–48 hours.

Because all physical logbooks are printed and shipped directly on-demand by Amazon, physical defects, delivery delays, or transit damages are handled by Amazon's customer service. Please log into your Amazon account, navigate to Your Orders, and select Return or Replace Items for a direct replacement or refund.

You can manage your active tier subscriptions, update payment methods, or cancel anytime through the billing link in your original Lemon Squeezy receipt email or by reaching out to us directly via our Support Desk.
